Job Overview:

As a Project Coordinator and SDLC Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful coordination of multiple utility projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in utility management/control systems, pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry, and SDLC aspects of project implementation and change control.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate projects between internal site teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Develop and manage all SDLC documentation associated with project implementation.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders across the site to ensure timely implementation of utility projects.
  4. Manage day-to-day and project implementation tasks for utilities management platforms.
  5. Understand and adhere to company automation/IT standards and design proposals accordingly.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, etc.).
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in utility management/control systems.
  3. Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry with responsibility for SDLC aspects of project implementation and change control.
  4. Project Management certification is desirable.
