About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Optimisation Specialist Team Lead to join our Retail Operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, to develop efficient instore operational processes for our brands. This role involves scheduling and executing operational processes to the highest standard, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams across all areas. Key responsibilities include documenting and reviewing existing core processes at store level, developing new processes to enhance in-store operations efficiency, supporting the rollout of new processes, and implementing a consistent way of working across each brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient instore operational processes
* Collaborate with the Retail Optimisation Specialists team to schedule and execute operational processes to the highest standard
* Support the development and implementation of a consistent way of working across each brand
* Develop and implement reporting tools to capture input and output through clear and measurable KPIs
* Drive efficiency at store level through process optimisation as part of Centra Next Gen/SITG and SuperValu Next Gen projects
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing high-performance teams, preferably with a third-level qualification in Sales/Business or similar. Strong commercial acumen and reporting skills are also essential. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience in managing pilot initiatives and process mapping, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and good computer skills, including MS Office and project planning.
