Chief Technology Officer

The successful candidate will lead technology functions, define and deliver an IT strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans, oversee ERP and WMS integration, manage vendor partnerships, and take overall responsibility for IT security, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.

• Define and deliver an IT strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
• Oversee ERP and WMS integration for seamless order processing and operational efficiency.
• Lead IT infrastructure, service delivery, and governance to maintain a secure and reliable environment.
• Manage vendor partnerships and IT procurement, negotiating SLAs and driving performance.
• Take overall responsibility for IT security, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Guide IT projects from initiation through to rollout, supporting process improvement and innovation.
• Act as the primary IT contact for senior leadership and business stakeholders.

• Proven leadership experience as Head of IT, IT Manager, or equivalent senior role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and experience leveraging reporting tools for decision support.
• Track record in IT security, governance, and compliance within complex environments.
• Skilled in vendor management, budget control, and structured project delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
