Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Department Leader to join our team in a busy Dublin-based fertility clinic.

  • A relevant third-level qualification is required.

Key Responsibilities

The Nursing Department Leader will be responsible for:

  1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department.
  2. Recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating nursing personnel.
  3. Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring high-quality patient care.
  4. Identifying and mitigating potential risks to patients and staff.
