Project Director Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced project director to lead our civil engineering projects with a focus on rail infrastructure. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing project plans that align with client objectives and industry standards.

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a project manager or director in civil engineering, specifically in rail projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and rail infrastructure requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards shared goals.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
