Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supplies throughout our warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, stock control, and logistics. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, processing warranty claims, and ensuring accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing deliveries. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing cycle audits, data corrections, and reconciling inventory discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claim and process failed vendor hardware devices.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as records.
  • Perform cycle audits and data corrections to ensure all inventory controls are met.
  • Help to reconcile and report inventory discrepancies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma and experience or an internship in inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field. Additionally, you must be able to meet Microsoft's security screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, IT, and/or logistics, operating heavy-load movement equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks, chassis lifts) for a large corporation.
