We're looking for a skilled Partner Asset Manager to join our team at Hogarth Worldwide Ltd. As a key member of our global content experience company, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality digital assets to our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with our team of over 7,500 experts to examine and test designed assets against a checklist of criteria, effectively communicate issues with colleagues and design teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth flow of work through the QC department.
To succeed, you will need a strong understanding of the digital and social space, particularly production requirements including resolution and outputs. You must be detail-oriented, comfortable working in an open plan studio, organised, undaunted by tight deadlines, and have a keen eye for content quality.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning day-to-day content creation, publishing, QC and operations tasks in support of page launches & updates, article releases, and regular page maintenance.
- Examine and test designed assets against a checklist of criteria to ensure standards are achieved.
- Effectively communicate any issues and challenges with colleagues, PMs and design teams and actively participate in the resolution process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and proactively to ensure a smooth flow of work through the QC department.
Requirements include:
- Experience working in a fast-paced content environment.
- Experience with managing content for a global audience, using a CMS. Experience working with AEM is a plus.
- Experience providing QA and production support across print and digital assets to design studios within an in-house creative team or studio.
- Good knowledge of print, colour retouching and digital artwork production processes.
- Able to adhere to a consistent graphic production and QC processes whilst also identifying opportunities for improvement.
