Expert Mixologist

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mixology Expert to fill a key role in our operations.

• Serve guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Prepare and serve beverages at various functions, including weddings and special events
• Accurately record guest orders and process payment transactions efficiently
• Enhance the overall dining experience by recommending signature cocktails and providing exceptional service
• Promote additional sales by offering recommendations and up-selling opportunities
• Liaise with the Bar Manager to ensure seamless service and efficient workflow

About The Role:

• Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, fluent English, and relevant industry experience
• Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment
