Site Management Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Dublin 2. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of a residential apartment development.



About the Role:
  • Ensure timely delivery of the project while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to achieve project objectives.
  • Supervise sub-contractors on site, overseeing their work and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Procure materials and resources as required to maintain project momentum.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and any issues that may arise.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver the project within specified timelines and budget constraints.
  2. Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity.
  3. Monitor and control project expenditure, ensuring effective use of resources.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
  5. Manage relationships with sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • A proven track record in site management, preferably in the residential sector.
  • Strong management and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, including health and safety protocols.
