Financial Operations Coordinator

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business as a Financial Operations Coordinator, taking on a leading role in the purchase ledger function. The successful candidate will gain exposure across payroll, subcontractor payments, and wider accounts.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the purchase ledger, including month-end supplier reconciliations
  • Process invoices, payments, subcontractor payments, CIS returns, and statements
  • Support weekly payroll processing on Sage Payroll
  • Oversee and support a junior Accounts Assistant

To excel in this role, you'll need strong purchase ledger experience, knowledge of payroll (ideally Sage Payroll), good all-round accounts understanding, excellent Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Prior experience in the construction sector, familiarity with Netsuite, and relevant accounting qualifications are highly desirable but not essential.
