We are seeking a seasoned litigation lawyer to join our team as an eDiscovery and investigations professional. This role involves acting as the primary contact for specialist teams and clients across multiple mandates, requiring seamless collaboration with cross-functional groups.

As a senior lawyer within the eDiscovery and investigation team, you will implement strategic eDiscovery plans and workflows tailored to specific cases and client needs. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ PQE in a top or medium-tier law firm, with a passion for legal innovation and extensive knowledge of litigation lifecycle, legal privilege, commercial sensitivity, and data protection laws.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage large-scale eDiscovery processes and work with platforms such as 'Relativity.'
  • Implement strategic eDiscovery plans and workflows tailored to specific cases and client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups, including case teams, technology specialists, and legal reviewers at various levels.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 6+ PQE in a top or medium-tier law firm (or equivalent), with a passion for legal innovation.
  • Extensive knowledge of litigation lifecycle, legal privilege, commercial sensitivity, and data protection laws.
  • Familiarity with the EDRM and best practice discovery standards (beneficial but not required).
