Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in our community-based settings. This will involve developing and implementing personalized care plans, providing emotional support and companionship, and assisting with daily living tasks.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and outcomes
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on individual progress
  • Participating in regular training and development sessions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A level 7/8 degree in social care or a related discipline, or relevant life experience
  • A full driving licence, or be in the process of obtaining one
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for supporting individuals with complex needs
