Job Description

MShare is a strategic platform that uses SharePoint Online as its underlying repository, with custom-built apps and integration components deployed in front of it to provide specific capabilities required by our business. Our goal is to leverage this platform to deliver improved business outcomes through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

The Strategic Technology Leader will be responsible for driving the technical direction and development of MShare, including setting the roadmap and working closely with other IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead distributed teams of skilled engineers to build, enhance, and maintain MShare.
  2. Set the technical direction and roadmap for the platform.
  3. Partner with other IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  4. Design and implement solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on MShare and the problem domain.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading distributed technology teams.
  • Experience in building complex, globally deployed solutions.
  • Strong understanding of modern application architectures and software development methods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
