Empowering young people to build resilience and recover from early life trauma is a pivotal mission. To support this objective, we are seeking motivated individuals who can provide high-quality care in a therapeutic environment.

We aim to create a safe space where young people feel understood and valued. Our approach involves offering time and space for them to express themselves without judgment, allowing them to heal through meaningful relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year's experience working with young people as a Social Care Worker. They should also hold a Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant equivalent. Additionally, they must have a full Irish driving license – accepted for both manual and automatic vehicles.
