This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and provide an exceptional customer experience. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Shop Manager and team with the smooth running of the store, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the day.

Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, accepting and processing bets through multiple channels, managing shop operations in the absence of the Shop and Assistant Manager, and maintaining shop presentation standards. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge base on all things sport and betting related.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a customer service focused individual with excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure and think creatively. A keen interest in the sporting industry and the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers is essential.
