As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist in our Adult Services team, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals who require assistance with communication, eating, drinking, and swallowing disorders. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills and experience.
The purpose of this role is to provide direct clinical care, which encompasses assessment, treatment, and management of assigned caseloads. You will be working collaboratively with other multidisciplinary members and staff to deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention to service users.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise, as well as contribute to the development of our services. You will also be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment that values and respects individual differences and promotes independence, personal development, and social inclusion.
To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a recognised professional qualification, be CORU registered, and have a minimum of 3 years' work experience. You will also need to have a full driver's license and use of a car. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality clinical care and has a strong commitment to continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical care to assigned caseloads, including assessment, treatment, and management.
- Work collaboratively with other multidisciplinary members and staff to deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the needs of service users.
- Contribute to the development of our services, including service planning and evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Recognised professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
- CORU registration.
- Minimum 3 years' work experience in a similar role.
- Full driver's license and use of a car.
