Quality Leadership Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our quality management initiatives globally. This key position involves cultivating a culture of excellence across international manufacturing facilities, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Foster collaboration and coordination between global teams.
  • Develop and analyze data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Understand and implement validation principles and testing procedures.
  • Stay updated on FDA, ISO, RAC, and CQA regulations and standards.
  • Travel internationally for business purposes.
Typical Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in quality management and related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years conducting quality audits and inspections.
  • Experience with regulatory inspections and compliance.
  • Expertise in quality management systems and global compliance.
  • Industry experience in HealthTech.
  • Leadership experience in driving cultural change for quality awareness.
