Store Associate

">Job Description:
  • Our Store Associates play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
  • We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Assistants to collaborate with their team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through being knowledgeable on; current trends, in-store promotions and continuously evolving store processes.

Responsibilities include: providing a seamless customer experience, maintaining clean and tidy stock standards, collaborating with colleagues to drive sales, offering alternatives and add-on sales at every opportunity, replenishing stock levels, ensuring correct pricing, deputizing for other staff, working within departments, or carrying out other duties as required.

Role Objectives And KPI's:
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Actively drive sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding the stores financial goals.
Skills And Experience:
  • A positive attitude towards a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
  • An ability to enthusiastically look at a challenge as an opportunity to develop yourself, your career and learn new skills.
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills who thrive in social situations through engagement with customers.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
