Project Manager Role">

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our client-side project management work on a large capital works programme. The successful candidate will have a defined career path with great potential for progression.

  • Manage the client's interests on its capital major and minor works and maintenance programmes, providing appropriate advice in the resolution of issues where necessary.
  • Optimise the existing estate value and deliver best value for money.
  • Assist in managing and monitoring both the construction programme and cost plan, minimising the impact of any variations to the project.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 8 degree in Engineering or Construction related field.
  • At least 5 years' engineering experience with a contractor or consulting engineers.
  • Knowledge of current construction contracts and procurement methodologies.
  • A proven track record of seeing projects through to their successful completion.
