Autism Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Autism Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
About the RoleThis is a key opportunity for individuals who wish to support people with autism in achieving their goals and aspirations. The successful candidate will work across all locations on a roster basis, promoting the wellbeing of all those supported.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement practical resources and strategies to support communication and thinking.
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of the working file/support plan and supporting tools.
- Assist in the development of independent living skills, education and employment possibilities, and social and leisure groups.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication and engagement skills.
- At least one year of recent experience in a similar role.
- A thorough understanding of HIQA regulations.
- Must be eligible for CORU Registration.
