Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and building analog circuits in advanced process nodes for analog and mixed-signal IPs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design floorplans, perform circuit design, extract chip parameters, and simulate analog behavior models.
  • Create test plans to verify design according to circuit and block microarchitecture specifications and evaluate test results.
  • Verify functionality to optimize circuit for power, performance, area, timing, and yield goals.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to report design progress and collect, track, and resolve any performance and circuit design issues.
  • Optimize performance, power, area, and reduce leakage of circuits.
  • Work with architecture and layout team to design circuit for best functionality, robustness, and electrical capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of bringing designs from concept to tape-out.
  • Hands on design experience in high-speed serial and/or parallel I/O designs (TX and RX), CDR, DAC/ADC, and PLL/DLL.
  • Excellent debug and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with EDA tools for analog design and verification.
  • Programming skills in MATLAB, Python, or C/C++ for modeling and analysis.
  • Knowledge of hardware testing and validation methodologies.
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary research environment with RF and mixed-signal teams.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
