">This dynamic position involves handling a wide range of responsibilities, including drafting and releasing market announcements to NYSE and LSE stock exchanges, filing with regulatory bodies, and assisting with PLC compliance.
">You will be responsible for taking charge of various listing rule requirements, managing a portfolio of subsidiaries, leading on intra-group transactions, and supporting with Mergers and Acquisitions, financing, rationalisation, reorganisations, and other transactions and projects.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of subsidiary governance framework and at least 4 years' experience in company secretarial roles. No prior in-house experience is required, but a keen interest in corporate governance and transactional company secretarial projects is essential.
