**Job Summary:**

As a Health Care Assistant, you will work closely with our management team and other staff members to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care services to our clients.

  • Assist with daily activities and routines of service users, including direct support and administration tasks.
  • Work as part of a dedicated team within a Residential Service, providing a service to clients in line with HIQA regulations and standards.
  • Develop social interaction for clients, both individually and in group settings, promoting recognition of each individual's unique needs and comforts.

**Essential Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar environment supporting adults or children with intellectual and physical disabilities.
  • Knowledge of adults/children with complex needs.
  • Full manual driver's license, eligible to drive in Ireland.
  • Eligibility to live and work in Ireland.
