Job Description
As an Advanced Layout Engineer at Qualcomm, you will be responsible for testing and validating block level or macro level designs against specifications using layout and verification tools. You will also gather information and conduct analyses and sign-off to identify where an issue has occurred; troubleshoot and debug moderately complex technical issues.

Responsibilities
Test and validate block level or macro level designs against specifications using layout and verification tools. Gather information and conduct analyses and sign-off to identify where an issue has occurred; troubleshoot and debug moderately complex technical issues. Work under some supervision and provide some supervision/guidance to other members. Make moderate decisions with relatively minor financial impact or effect on projects, operations, or customer relationships.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronic Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of experience designing custom layouts in relevant domain. OR Associate's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related field and 4+ years of experience designing custom layouts in relevant domain. OR High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of experience designing custom layouts in relevant domain.
