About the Position:The Accounts Administrator position delivers exceptional front-line service to Windsor Motor customers and employees.
This role would be suitable for someone looking to learn new skills, with comprehensive training provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Process vehicle purchase invoices and administer trade creditors payments.
- Manage documentation related to the sale of new and used vehicles.
- Prepare daily lodgements and post to accounts accurately.
- Chase outstanding debtors and settle invoices on time.
- Complete dealership administration procedures related to vehicles.
- Undertake other administrative duties as required.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and handle change of ownership.
- Manage overflow calls and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve high team satisfaction through precise administration.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines carefully.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and report accounting issues.
- Contribute to departmental teamwork and represent the company professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines.
