Assistant Leisure Centre Manager Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Assistant Leisure Centre Manager at a renowned leisure centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Leisure Centre Manager and overseeing the gym during their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Leisure Centre Manager in daily operations and staffing of the leisure centre.
  • Develop and maintain high standard operating procedures for all service areas.
  • Liaise with the General Manager regarding operational issues.
  • Drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience using invoice systems.
  • At least 6 months prior experience as a Leisure Centre Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Fully qualified and certified Gym Instructor.
  • Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard (certificate up to date).
  • Certified in Occupational First Aid (certificate up to date).
  • Certified Pool Plant Room Operator (desirable but not essential).
  • REPs Ireland Registration.
