General Cleaner Role

We are seeking a skilled cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

  • The General Cleaner is responsible for cleaning facilities, ensuring all tasks are performed safely and efficiently under the direction of a supervisor.
  • Key duties include vacuuming carpets, mopping/buffing floors, cleaning toilets, polishing glass/brass surfaces, collecting and disposing of rubbish, using cleaning materials and equipment safely, and reporting defects and safety issues promptly.
  • The successful candidate will maintain security awareness, report suspicious activities, and undertake job-related training as needed.
  • Flexibility and excellent customer service skills are also essential.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A good work record with previous cleaning experience is desirable.
  • Experience with cleaning equipment is also an advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will have basic health and safety knowledge and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and be flexible, honest, and reliable.
Working Arrangements

The General Cleaner will work Monday to Friday, from 16:30 to 19:00. We offer competitive rates and opportunities for career progression.
