Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the document management system DCA and ensuring compliance with good documentation practice. This will involve:

* Maintaining the document database (DCA) from an administrative perspective
* Issuing working copies of Manufacturing Batch Records and Cleaning Batch Records
* Undertaking periodic reconciliation of all batch records
* Preparing and issuing logbooks to departments
* Reviewing SOPs, forms, etc. for compliance with good documentation practice
* Being the main contact for archival and retrieval of all GMP documentation for site, including liaising with archival vendor
* Ensuring completed GMP records are filed and archived as per procedures
