Job Title: Financial Data Analyst

This role involves processing high-volume data, preparing financial reports and reconciliations for clients.

As a skilled accounting professional with at least 2+ years of experience in a trainee accounting role, you will be responsible for managing large datasets, identifying discrepancies and resolving them efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting debits and credits, general ledger posting and funds management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and process CLO data, preparing trial balances within deadlines.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for CLO portfolios.
  • Complete and file quarterly regulatory returns to the relevant authorities.
  • Support the preparation of iXBRL financial statements (training provided).

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (vlookup/xlookup, sumifs) with experience handling large datasets.
  • CLO experience is essential – this is the key requirement for the role.
  • Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
