Main Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the development and implementation of the Construction Safety & Health Plan.
  2. Foster a safety-first culture on site by actively engaging with personnel.
  3. Assess and improve subcontractors' safety performance.
  4. Implement effective Site Induction and Access Control processes.
  5. Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize lifting and material movements.
  6. Ensure that all plant and equipment meet essential safety standards.
  7. Verify the adequacy of subcontractor documentation.
  8. Conduct regular site inspections and audits, highlighting areas for improvement.
  9. Establish and manage a system of permitting for public roads.
  10. Analyze and document safety-related incidents.
  11. Evaluate personnel training requirements periodically.
  12. Develop and lead the safety messaging and notice board initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 3+ years of health and safety experience, preferably in apartments.
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in health and safety.
  • A background in trades or technical fields is beneficial.
