**About the Role:**

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector Lead to join our team at Kirby Group Engineering. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for leading a team of inspectors and ensuring that our mechanical systems meet the highest standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of inspectors to conduct quality audits and inspections.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to prevent defects and errors.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality mechanical systems that meet customer requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues, to ensure seamless project execution.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards, such as ISO 9001.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
