Job Overview:

This is a leadership role within the Central Support, Coordination Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of coordinators and working closely with senior managers to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily operations of the coordination team, ensuring effective deployment of resources in the field, logistics, and parts availability, transaction processing, order acceptance, resource planning, operational support, and customer experience delivery.
  2. Assume line management responsibility for workload allocation, performance reviews, recruitment selection, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  3. Restructure workloads to advance the organization from a business unit focus to a customer-centric setup, identifying opportunities to expand team members' skills and leverage their expertise.
  4. Drive the team to achieve forecasted revenue and orders, proactively identifying opportunities and performing quality control checks.
  5. Review financial exception reports, implement corrective action, and escalate common themes to departmental managers for review and change implementation.
  6. Implement and deliver training programs to meet staff development and upskilling requirements.
  7. Promote safe behaviors within the team, aiming for zero incidents.
