Operations Excellence Specialist: Life Science Recruitment is seeking a results-driven professional to fill this exciting opportunity. Reporting to the B-Con OSD Operations Lead, you will provide day-to-day engineering support to the operations team, ensuring seamless production processes and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for manufacturing operations.
  • Provide technical support to the operations team and ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on manufacturing operations and quality control.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as manufacturing, engineering, or science.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset.
  • Familiarity with SAP/MES systems is preferred.
