About the Role

This dynamic role involves overseeing the efficient running of front office activities, ensuring the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position and be well-versed in front office systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the training and development of existing and new team members
  • Ensuring arrival and departure procedures are followed to provide a positive guest experience
  • Upselling rooms and cross-selling throughout departments
  • Overseeing the allocation of rooms and liaising with the Accommodation department
