">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead design teams to deliver timely, high-quality, and cost-effective projects
- Supervise, mentor, and support the growth of senior and junior staff members
- Prepare high-standard technical reports and tender documentation
- Plan and manage design activities in collaboration with project directors
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with internal quality assurance processes and relevant health and safety regulations
- Collaborate effectively with other team members across disciplines
- Manage client relationships and maintain clear project communications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related field with Chartered Engineer status
- Minimum 15 years' experience in design and project management
- Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary design teams
- Strong experience in engaging with clients, external stakeholders, and sub-consultants
- Proficient in developing and managing project budgets
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- Adaptable and collaborative approach with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and efficiently
- Willingsness to travel for site visits and client meetings
- Experience participating in Oral Hearings desirable
