Duties & Responsibilities

• Regularly visit scheduled accounts to ensure timely and effective maintenance, minimizing plant replacements
• Keep accurate records of plant maintenance activities, including feeding and inventory management
• Water plants appropriately and maintain cleanliness by removing dust and discolored leaves, pruning when necessary
• Report damaged pots and plants to your manager promptly
• Maintain up-to-date client inventories and keep vehicles, tools, and machinery in good working order
• Remove rubbish and debris from planters and sites, ensuring compliance with company policies regarding pest control
• Communicate access issues with your manager and assist in other areas of the company as needed

Health & Safety Responsibilities

• Implement procedures outlined in the Health & Safety policy
• Monitor H&S practices and document checks as required by the policy
• Report problems affecting Health & Safety to your Manager
• Prevent the use of defective equipment posing a safety risk
• Resolve structure, maintenance, and equipment-related problems
• Manage specific hazards during service delivery
• Maintain records of accidents, training, and H&S checks
• Attend all training organized by your manager and required for duties
