Finance Transformation Expert

We're seeking an accomplished Finance Transformation Expert to spearhead our efforts in redefining finance functions. This exciting opportunity calls for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading finance teams and driving operational improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of finance processes, change management principles, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Experience in delivering finance transformation programs, either in-house or in a consulting capacity, is essential.

This role requires someone who can shape strategy, drive transformation, and see the impact of their work ripple across entire organizations. The successful candidate will partner with clients to define business outcomes, map key stakeholders, and facilitate alignment around transformation objectives.

  • Drive operational improvements and lead teams through process change, automation, and systems implementation.
  • Develop current and target operating models, including roles, process taxonomies, and enabling technologies.
  • Perform change impact assessments to understand implications across people, process, and technology.
  • Design future-state finance processes and roles, often aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud's modern best practice frameworks.
