IT Advisory Specialist

• Assess and Evaluate IT Risks: Conduct thorough assessments of IT risks and controls to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead Audits: Lead and manage audits to ensure timely completion and high-quality results. This includes planning, executing, and reporting on audit findings.
• Develop and Implement Controls: Work with stakeholders to develop and implement effective controls to mitigate IT risks and ensure business continuity.
• Analyze Data: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Manage Multiple Projects: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
• Mentor Team Members: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
• Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

• Minimum 5 Years' Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT audit and risk management, preferably within a financial services organization.
• Relevant Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as CISA, CIA, or CA are highly desirable.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
