We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Expert to join our team. As a Risk Management Expert, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating quality risks, working closely with cross-functional teams. You will also develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems that meet ISO 9001 and EN 1090 standards, and drive quality improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and data analysis tools. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, along with lead auditor certification in ISO 9001 and experience managing EN 1090 compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and mitigate quality risks.
- Develop and implement quality management systems that meet ISO 9001 and EN 1090 standards.
- Lead audits and ensure adherence to quality regulations.
- Manage documentation, including quality manuals, inspection reports, and compliance certificates.
- Liaise with customers to ensure clear communication and documentation.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and data analysis tools.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Certification: Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in quality management within engineering or manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement, excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Abilities: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
