Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • To deliver high-quality accounting and administration services to assigned clients.">
  • To act as a point of contact for clients and auditors, addressing queries and supporting audits.">
  • To ensure client service levels and regulatory filing deadlines are consistently met.">
  • To assist with the preparation of regulatory returns and compliance.">
  • To calculate and issue NAVs accurately and within agreed timelines.">
  • To manage the accurate and timely processing of operating expenses.">
  • To support new client onboarding, including establishing fund structures and reporting requirements.">
  • To prepare and collate financial data and reports for board packs.">
  • To communicate effectively with clients, investors, and other stakeholders regarding fund activities.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Experience working in fund accounting, ideally with private equity.">
  • Experience preparing management accounts and working with debits and credits.">
  • Understanding of the Irish regulatory/tax regime relating to fund accounting desirable.">
  • Knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP, US GAAP, or IFRS an advantage.">
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word essential.">
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.">
