We are seeking an experienced and skilled Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel. As a key member of our Front Office Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the highest standards of luxury and quality are consistently met for our discerning guests.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the hotel achieves Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets by maintaining the highest standards of luxury and quality for our guests.

  • Fire, Health & Safety:
    • To have a full understanding of Fire and Emergency procedures.
    • To ensure all accidents and incidents are investigated and reported in accordance with the hotels accident/incident reporting procedure.
  • Specific Duties:
    • To carry out two audits per shift to ensure LHQA is achieved by all team members.
    • To complete a full handover at the start and end of each shift and the Guest Relations Handover report is completed.
