About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clerk of Works (M&E) to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary project team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of electrical works on various projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in leading the delivery of electrical works as clerk of works, foreman, supervisor or similar role. They will also possess excellent specialised engineering knowledge and technical skill across the full area of electrical services with the ability to provide advice and direction in the maintenance, operation and installation of services.

In addition, they will have strong engineering knowledge of mechanical services with the ability to provide advice on the maintenance or operation or installation of services, as well as good knowledge of building construction and building regulations.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently and/or in a multidisciplinary team environment. They will also have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
