Process Solutions Director

Job Description:

The Process Solutions Director plays a vital role in driving process solutions that meet customer needs. This involves leading internal and external design teams to shape and optimize design concepts into executable plans for safe delivery on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client process requirements, document needs, and draft high-level design concepts for customer sharing.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop reliable and efficient solutions that meet client needs.
  • Work with project managers and tendering teams to cost-proposed solutions.
  • Support business development in preparing quotations and tender documents.
  • Contribute to design, procurement, and project delivery activities.
  • Provide support for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
  • Develop documentation with the manufacturing team for assembly, commissioning, and operation of modular systems, including technical files for CE Mark self-certification.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Level 8 degree (or higher) in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing process or design teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness focusing on cost-effective and profitable solution delivery.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of process design, construction, and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment plants.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the water/wastewater industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites in Ireland and the UK.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Project.
