Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Private Client Advice Associate.

The successful candidate will support the Private Client Advice group in evaluating client and prospect goals, risk profiles, current investment strategies, and structures to determine suitable asset allocation and benchmark recommendations.

  • Prepare and format written proposals by collecting client information, using data from third-party vendors, and conducting analysis based on existing assets.
  • Partner with other internal groups to ensure smooth transition of cases.
  • Work on ad hoc projects to improve efficiency and contribute to high-volume output.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze client data to inform investment recommendations.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to streamline case management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Fluent language proficiency in Swedish (written and verbal).
  • Experience with financial planning and investment principles or industry exams preferred.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
