Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant/Gardener to join our team.

This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily workload, performing routine maintenance tasks, monitoring plant health and investigating equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workload effectively, utilizing resources for painting, decorating and gardening tasks.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventative routines in tiling, plumbing and carpentry.
  • Monitor the health of plants and green spaces, ensuring optimal growth and aesthetics.
  • Investigate and resolve equipment and control system issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous maintenance experience preferred.
  • Safe Pass certification a plus.
  • Qualifications in trades such as painting, plumbing or construction desirable.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and standards-driven.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours required.
