**What is a Solution Architect?**

A Solution Architect, also known as a Technical Sales Consultant or Enterprise Solutions Consultant, plays a crucial role in understanding a client's business challenge and presenting technology solutions to evoke confidence in a company's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate outcome-focused dialogue to understand and define a customer's business strategic objectives through discovery calls and process-based discovery workshops.
  • Partner with prospects/customers to develop a vision for their future on the Salesforce platform, creating a roadmap for both short and long-term goals.
  • Make that vision come to life by configuring and communicating the art of the possible on our platform through solution demonstrations.
  • Establish and share a point of view on business value provided by the solution with potential customers.
  • Participate in trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain skills required for success in this role.
  • Produce deliverables to support the end-to-end sales cycle, including RFPs and other outputs.
  • Collaborate with product and enablement teams to provide feedback from the field and drive solution growth.

As a skilled Solution Architect, you will possess strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to understand customer business goals and map those to the right technology solutions. You will be able to work effectively as part of a team to take on business and technical problems.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments.
  • Possession and energy for technology and a desire to learn.
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational database, and web technology.
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
