Job Description
The Medical Workforce Manager will be the operational lead in the recruitment of staff across all areas and will be responsible for developing and implementing medical workforce plans in consultation with the Senior Management Team and Clinical Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medical workforce plans in collaboration with the Senior Management Team and Clinical Directors.
- Recruit and manage staff across all areas of the hospital.
- Provide leadership and support to multidisciplinary teams and senior management.
- Manage change in a complex environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Significant experience in dealing with employment legislation and knowledge of relevant National HR Policies.
- Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- A record of team management and managing change in a complex environment.
