Overview:

This is a Customer Service role within a busy Sales team.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with customers, providing timely and empathetic assistance with their queries.

We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, and able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering Calls: Answer all calls in a professional and efficient manner, dealing with queries or transferring to the relevant department as necessary.

Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or chat, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Maintaining Reception Area: Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Contact Centre Experience: Contact centre or Customer Service experience is essential for this role.

Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are required, along with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Great problem-solving and organizational skills are also necessary, as is the ability to think on your feet and prioritize tasks effectively.
