Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver wellness programs tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client case notes, reports, and statistics in line with company policy.
  • Participate in drafting articles for content on the Spectrum Mental Health website and other marketing collateral.
Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A recognized qualification in psychotherapy, preferably with post-qualification experience.
  • Fully Accredited membership with either IACP, IICP, IAHIP, or ICP, or other recognized post-qualification experience.
  • 3+ years of clinical experience (post-grad).
  • Current professional indemnity insurance.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with technology/IT or willingness to learn.
