Job Opportunity

We are currently presenting an exceptional opportunity for a motivated part-qualified tax semi-senior to become a key member of our Tax department. The ideal candidate will possess or be close to completing an accounting qualification or the Chartered Tax Advisor qualification from the Irish Tax Institute.

Main Responsibilities

This role is well-suited for an ambitious individual who is open to collaborating within a team, contributing to corporation tax compliance for a client portfolio. The position involves providing computations for financial statement provisioning, assisting the audit team or directly working with clients. Given evolving client portfolio issues, the candidate aids in various areas, including audits, restructurings, and acquisitions.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have around 18 months to 2 years of experience in corporate tax, or general tax with notable exposure to corporation tax, gained through working within a team environment while pursuing either an accounting qualification or the Irish Tax Institute's Chartered Tax Advisor qualification. Proficient in crafting corporation tax computations for companies by utilizing trial balances, management accounts, financial statements, and incorporating support from audit and client finance team working papers.
